BUFETE CRD DESPACHO COLECTIVO DE ABOGADOS SC This Law Firm was established in 1987, year in which the founding associate Mr. Antonio Cascante Burgos took an extended leave of absence in the Army Juridical - Military Body after the performance of functions as Juridical - Military Public Prosecutor and Judge of Military Tribunal and initiated his activity as lawyer. In 1989 the bureau, which in its beginnings had an important dedication to Criminal Law, incorporated Mrs. Josefa Rúa Gayo adding Civil Law and Civil Procedural Law to the practice areas of the Law Firm. In this sense, this Law Firm became a reference within its geographical area to the Insurance Companies dealing with Judicial Assistance. In 1996 Mrs. Rosa Díaz Herbello joined the office as a partner, turning out to be the link between the office and the Spanish Association of Lawyers Specialized in Civil Responsibility and Insurances. The team was completed by the incorporations of Mrs. Marta Lopez-Sanmartin and Mrs. Marta Szczepaniak, together with other collaborators like Mrs. Ángela Beach Strap and Mrs. Gabriela Lago Suarez-Llano. The training of the original partners in the different branches of Law has been permanent, managing to give a personalized and effective service in the matters of: Company Law, Competition Law and Antitrust Trade Practices, Bankruptcy Legislation, Industrial and Intellectual Property Law, Urban Development, Administrative Law, Taxation, Civil Responsibility and Insurance Law, Family Law, Civil Law, Inheritance Law, Rights in Rem, Obligations and Contracts, Criminal Law and Advice and contacts in commercial relations with Poland. |
